Visual Lease is seeking a Director of Sales who will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.This manager of people will be responsible for driving sales for our Sales Teams with holding a quota for all accounts. This role will manage a team of strategic and industry specific Enterprise Account Executives and help define strategies and account plans for growing revenue within these accounts, as well as total revenue across the team. at Visual Lease to oversee a team of sales executives and help them move opportunities through the pipeline. What You Will Do Responsible for management and attainment of individual/team quotas, and provides Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Metric analysis to senior management and speak clearly to your market??s performance relative to goals. Improve overarching sales metrics to include close rates, average deal size and time to close through ongoing training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives. Coach your team to identify, contact and qualify prospects; building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with their respective Territory Manager. Uses rational and emotional drivers that encourage and enable direct reports and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Client Services, and other departments across the organization to create and manage processes and maximize sales efficiency Hold weekly team meetings to discuss goals, expectations, individual results, and provide ongoing training. What You Will Need A bachelor??s degree or equivalent working experience Proven ability to manage people Prior success building and leading a sales team and its corresponding revenue targets, and experience developing/executing a plan to achieve it. SaaS software experience a plus, but not required. Deeply analytical with a proven ability to foster data-driven sales cultures. Familiarity with , Outreach and other sales technologies.
