Position Overview:


We areseeking an energized R
elationship Managerwith Public Finance experience to join the Siemens Financial Services group. Inthis role, you will manage relationships with our public finance financialadvisors and our healthcare, higher education and municipal clients andprospects and p romote the sale of financial products/solutions/services.


Youwill be required to: identify, structure and price lending opportunities withinthe public finance market; identify, develop and manage channel partners toachieve business development goals; mobilize internal resources and work withincompany and business unit policies, procedures and processes; identify keysynergies between customers and other Siemens organizations to determine andcapitalize on additional business opportunities; establish and maintainrelationships with executive-level management within key, large accounts; and developforecasts, budgets and operating plans for key accounts and a regionalterritory.

Note:Position location is flexible, given the nature of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Developrelationships at the client \"C\" level and with financial intermediariesin order to originate various Siemens financial products and solutions

  • Performthe role of Relationship Manager for targeted healthcare, higher education andmunicipal clients/prospects within an assigned territory

  • Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Abilityto execute business strategy and achieve targeted sales and relationshipmanagement objectives and achieve targeted business returns

  • Abilityto craft solutions that address customer needs, including ability to structurecomplex financial product offerings

  • Demonstratedunderstanding of risk versus return

  • Strongrelationship management, selling, negotiation, organizational and interpersonalskills required

  • Abilityto travel, meet with clients/prospects, attend industry events, and conferences

  • Solidanalytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate financial andbusiness implications

  • Wideexperience in sales presentations, proposal preparation and contractnegotiation

  • Strategicvision, including appreciation of customer strategy and its implications

  • Functionalknowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

  • Selfstarter and highly motivated to achieve

  • Minimumof 10 years of successful experience in the public finance or related market

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:


  • Public Financeexperience is strongly preferred; experience in general healthcare finance, corporate/project finance, and/ortax-exempt finance is expected.
